Thompson Solutions has also developed a lie flat Business Class seat. It is a fully horizontal flat bed for the Business Class and first class cabins called Benz in prototype stage, now called "Vantage" as the product is launched. Without losing seats compared to the old style 'lie flat at an angle' seating design. The design is also staggered, but row by row. It uses a wide console, which is the footwell for the seats behind.
